Job Description / Responsibility
- The applicants should have experience in restaurant manu, customer dealings.
- The applicants should have experience in handle take way manu by phone or online..
- To know about dealing of the customer orders via inbound and outbound phone calls & CMS
- Should have strong communication skill both in English and Bangla.
- The individuals we are looking for should be self-motivated, creative, team players with, innovative trends in Food Beverage with an extensive knowledge of the related area.
- Maintain company standards to ensure high quality service for every call.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Must be pro-active, eloquent and must have good common sense
- Graduation in any discipline
