Job Description / Responsibility

  • The applicants should have experience in restaurant manu, customer dealings.
  • The applicants should have experience in handle take way manu by phone or online..
  • To know about dealing of the customer orders via inbound and outbound phone calls & CMS
  • Should have strong communication skill both in English and Bangla.
  • The individuals we are looking for should be self-motivated, creative, team players with, innovative trends in Food Beverage with an extensive knowledge of the related area.
  • Maintain company standards to ensure high quality service for every call.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English.
  • Must be pro-active, eloquent and must have good common sense

Educational Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline

  • Age 18 to 30 year(s)
